This isn't something blizzard snuck it, its just someone who did a body mod draenei on showing an example of a different sized shape they could have if the choice was there.
I'm thinking really about this extending to all other races, we already have rotund pandaren and dwarves being portly, but often when I look at drawings of characters on sites like deviant art of how people would wish their character to look, its sometimes annoying to think how other mmos have given body modification and wow will never have that.

I played fat humans in SWTOR and it was fun to be the hero of the galaxy who happened to have had just too many nerfburgers.
They always told me I would miss my family... but I never miss from close range.

Personally, if I could make my main orc shaman bigger like this I would, I like the idea of him having a larger frame as he slams his feet into the ground calling an earthquake.

I only have an issue with having what would be a warrior or other highly active type of person being too "heavy". That drawing of the Draenei isn't bad and probably on the fairly realistic side. Though I have to wonder, is the problem that we just don't like healthy bodies anymore? I don't quiet get why anyone would complain about have "in shape" characters.

I am sorry to say it but this simple cannot happen, there cannot be any fat Draenei because if you are part of a race of people, who have been running for their lives for Centuries, then I 'll bet your ass you will all be thin
Look at the walking dead they are running for their lives 2 years now ...do you see many fat people, they are all dead
