Well after Trump's speech last night, Bernie supporters will flock to Hillary..

In all my years of watching presidential nominee speeches I have never seen a more fear mongering speech. Ever. I have not seen a more divisive speech. Trump supporters have no shame.

The buzz amongst Bernie supporters was that even though they weren't going to vote Trump, they may have not voted period and just stayed home. Not any more, they will be voting Clinton all the way now. The whole Republican party have sold their souls. What a complete gong show their convention was. Scott fucking Baio? That's the big name star they said they had?

I sure as fuck got a big Hitler/Mussolini vibe. *Ding* SHAME! *Ding* SHAME! *Ding* SHAME!

Actually Bernie supporters are going to go to Trump's camp after Hillary's speech.

Hillary will select a centrist MIC Kane as VP and then Bernie supporters will flee in a jiffy.

I doubt it. Donald Trump's speech was amazing.

Most Bernie supporters weren't just supporters of Bernie, they rejected wholeheartedly the corruption and dishonesty of Hillary Clinton.

Almost every analysis I have seen says Hillary has almost no support of Bernie Supporters, who are more willing to vote Third Party or for Donald Trump.

    Keep dreaming though.

    Trump killed it.

Crooked Hillary doesn't stand a chance.

I really don't want to see Trump in power.

But he totally killed it last night. The LGBTQ support and the words of his daughter to women were convincing. And will draw moderates to him. They are good things that will make people overlook the things they do not like. If he keeps this up...

All Clinton has to do is to offer them more free stuff. Free education, free meals, free internet, free cellphones, free cars, free houses and they will vote for her.

Good god the willingness to believe in alternate reality never ceases to amaze me.

Bernie supporters will overwhelmingly vote for Hillary and those that don't are more likely to vote third party, not for Trump.

And to even think that the LGBT community will support Trump after the GOP platform that was published is just being completely naive. You'll get a few people, of course, but the gay community will overwhelmingly support Clinton.

Wrong. Trump killed the Republican Party. King of the Bankrupts will win fuck all.

Yeah, every Republican hack analyst would say that but it is not reality. The bubble the Republicans live in will burst in a big way come election day.

Yeah the supporters of one of the most liberal candidate in ages are going to flock to one of the most conservative one.

Trump didn't kill the Rep party... establishment Rep like Romney and McCain did. Trump is building a new base using labor/skilled workers of the country along with business.

Bernie supporters will not overwhelmingly vote for HIllary. Especially if she picks MIC centrist like Kaine.

Err what? Where on earth do you get this idea from??? Hillary has adopted many of Bernies policies which she will be sure to mention in her speech, by contrast Trumps speech was literally Kryptonite to millennials - fear mongering, strongly law-and-order authoritarian, discriminatory, and inward looking. Now tell me how do those line up with millennials?

I don't know what analysis you've been seeing there.
    Maybe look a little closer.
Trump's support from Sanders backers was at about 8% a month ago.
And only about 25% at the time were not going to vote for Clinton.

So you are saying the analysis that has been done on this situation is wrong? That the very words from Bernie Supporters are lies?

Who is believing in an alternate reality here?

Hillary's speech is going to turn them off. Don't be surprised when that happens and she also throws the turd in the punch bowl by picking Kaine as VP.

Stop calling them Bernie supporters, they never supported him, they were just anti-Hillary.

Both parties live in a bubble. There is a reason nearly all of the recent success candidates have had, as been by those perceived to be outsiders or different somehow from the typical Washington game players.

*sigh* Alright. Let's place a bet. After the DNC convention where Hilary will put forward a progressive agenda and Bernie speaks let's see how the numbers shape up.

I anticipate at least 75% of Bernie supporters declaring they will vote for Hilary after all. Probably more. Especially after the messaging that the RNC had to offer.
