What Gives Me x2 Instant Heals (Enh)

I know Ill feel really silly once some one tells me but what makes me be able to double instant heal? I can't see any procs but every few seconds I can insatnt heal x2

Your healing surge is instant if you have Maelstrom, read it my friend

If you have Maelstrom it will use some to make it instant. 10 or 20 I think.

Most are taking boulderfist.

I'm using Hekili's weak aura at the moment till I get some time to set up everything I want to track.

Some just watch their buff timers and refresh when the buffs are <4.5s. However using addon such as WA or TMW is highly recommended since it gives you easier visual to keep track of the buffs.
