3/10. He gets more than 1/10 because he acted like a capable leader in the Tides of War book.
Besides that he was sort of built at the expense of other characters, which was quite uncool honestly. I kind of disliked that. Better than Me'dan but still, a bad character overall in my opinion inserted into parts of the story he doesn't belong into. I mean, the whole War of the Ancients, there could have been a book about that without Rhonin.
