Newfoundland and Quebec (Specifically Montreal and Old Quebec City) are probably the more interesting areas of Canada, at least to a native. lol
The territories I would love to visit one day as well, just so far away.
If igloos are your thing Quebec City builds an igloo hotel every winter.

North Korea
Pretty much all of the middle east and Africa because of the heat or because of safety etc.

I would like to visit Japan and Germany...Germany mostly because I'm half German and I've never been there before so I figure may as well visit some day.
Never really thought of places I don't want to go to...
I'm glad you ask. Assuming you come here by plane, you are either arriving in Santa Cruz or La Paz. If you arrive in Santa Cruz which is more likely, I recommend the following route.
You will probably start in the red dot. When you arrive to Santa Cruz there are bery nice places to stay, personally if money is not a problem you should stay in Los Tajibos. A pretty nice place to stay. Here is the link (http://www.lostajiboshotel.com/default-es.html) there are cheaper alternatives of course. Some delicious places to eat would be in "La casa del camba" that is the default place for tourists. If you are looking for more conventional stuff and traditional to the place, go to the central market ; that is if you don't mind some "issues". Then I would really suggest visiting aqualand and the zoo. The rest is up to you. When you finish doing your things in Santa Cruz head to Montenegro and enjoy the food of the place. After that, pack up your stuff and you can do the traditional walking from Santa Cruz to San Jose de Chiquitos, a tradition during holy festivals. You will pass through "las misiones jesuitas"( http://www.turismoboliviaperu.com/nuevas-fotos/104.jp)
Once you are done, pick a bus or a taxi and head towards Villa Tunaru or Tres arroyos and look for a place to stay (any place in the Chapare works but since this would be your first time I suggest you those place) there you can visit the natural reserves and observe better the wildlife of the zone. If you chose tres arroyos there are like its name states arroyos in which you can take a bath and share with the locals of the place. They have great fish too (just surubi).

A hotel I recommend is las Araras in Villa Tunari, and in tres arroyos just look for the most decent place its not really a touristic attraction so suit yourself there.
Sucre would be your next destination, there choose any hotel of your liking and visit the whole city. Its has a colonial tone to it and you can visit the biggest paleontological place in the world in regards to dinasaurs foot prints. Then quickly head towards Uyuny and visit the salar. Its a great place and frankly very fascinating. We even have a whole hotel made out of salt.

Then pick the train and head to Oruro. If you arrived in time you can amaze yourself in the Carnival. Very Lovely place during that time, if you did not arrive in head to the lakes and rejoice in the wildlife and Pariguanas. A place I really recommend if you want to know more about the wildlife of the place is visit the natural reserve near Sajama. After that pick a Bus and head towards La Paz. When it comes to hotels there is nothing really special in those hotels so pick one of your liking, there are places for backpackers if that is your thing. Also beware in La Paz don't act too much like a foreigner or if you do your shopping in "la zona sur" because they are going to raise their prices a lot. Explore the City to your heart's content, however do not forget to visit the esentials:

Valle de la Luna https://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/me...de-la-luna.jpg
And take a ride in our new and improved teleferico. http://www.americaeconomia.com/sites...leferico_7.jpg
Then take a ride either to Yungas by bike through "El camino de la muerte" and visit Coroico or head towards "El lago titicaca" and visit the archeological places. Aside from that I think that is the essential if you want to visit Bolivia. I'm missing more ofc.
that is easy, anywhere in north Africa to the middle east. (it's a war zone of bad people)
also soon to be Germistan and Swedenstan.
oh and Rio! *cause who would want to go to the Olympics the way they are*
but i think it would be cool to see South Korea (Their national sport is StarCraft so obviously video games are not looked down on)

I would least like to visit anything south of mexico and anything in sub-Saharan Africa. The reason should be fairly obvious.

Since I was A kid, my dream has been to "travel every inch of the world and explore every country." At the age of 26, that dream still stands. However, there are places I am reluctant and/or refuse to travel due to recent events and conflicts:
Middle Eastern countries: Far too unpredictable and dangerous to travel atm.
North Korea: I refuse to give any money to the North Korean regime. So traveling there is out of the question.
Russia: While I am interested in the history of Russia and it's people, I have no interest traveling there at this point in time due to A number of reasons.
I would love to visit North Korea personally. I don't see it as giving money to the regime, I see it as a chance to expose locals to people and cultures outside their borders and to show that all foreigners aren't aren't scary or evil.
edit: There was an AMA done on reddit a few years ago by a defector from North Korea and this question was brought up.
