Now, while the situation isn't that exciting right now in Germany..
But it's a long shot from Sweden.
Sweden's problem comes from handing out citizenship along with the welcome care pack. Figuratively speaking..

Germany doesn't do that. In fact, most refugees will have to leave again, since the majority isn't accepted for asylum.
Refugee > Applicant for Asylum
Application approved > Stay on until reason for asylum is resolved.
Application denied > buhbye again.

Now, the problem with that is, the damn bye bye result.
Not that simple to tell them to get lost.
