When Trump is crushed in the general election they will skulk back to their trailers and we wont have to hear about them for another 4 years hopefully. They don't get it, they never will, they do not have the "throughput" or "capacity" to get it. Many of them are blatant racists (not all) but enough for it to very alarming. There are Republicans (while flawed are infinitely better than Trumpicans) and then there are Trumpicans. The Trumpicans just don't know better. They also tend to shit on the carpet if not constantly monitored.
What I'm starting to worry about is Trump's inane ranting that the election might be "fixed" - I DO NOT want to see any of these people feel that violence is an acceptable response to him getting decimated. But then again, they are pretty cowardly, so the concern is probably just overblown.

Why would you say that or draw that conclusion, "bro"? We'll see what happens. I have faith in the AMERICAN PEOPLE that they will choose the better candidate of the two - which is clearly Donald Trump. If they don't, well then I am wrong. So fucking what? Won't be the first time. But just because I MAY be wrong IN 3 MONTHS is not gonna stop me from supporting him now.

'Cause they're working for the clampdown
They put up a poster saying we earn more than you!
When we're working for the clampdown

    I am voting Trump.

Why might you ask? Simple really; it's a vote against corruption and the established regime, it's a vote against aristocratic behavior and the desire to see true discord sown back into the fabric of our politics. Whether or not Trump will do good or bad for us is to me, irrelevant. I already know Hillary will be destructive in her own right, perhaps even more insidiously so. Might as well gamble and make a statement while I am at it since the game is loaded in an unfair manner.

I would rather have a proper statesman but when was the last time one of those came about? I can't recall of such within my lifetime.

Once this election is over, I will be closely considering working with a 3rd party to help aid a groundswell and start building up foundations throughout local governance. The Democrats and Republicans need to go. That's become more apparent than ever. We are where we are because both parties are a horrid joke.

Like I said, Trump supporters just do not have the "capacity" mentally or emotionally to get it.

You realize you're voting FOR the corruption, correct?

I don't understand this argument. At all. Not even a little.

Person: Man, I am so over the corruption. I gotta stick it to the man. I gotta say fuck the establishment. I'm voting for the guy that buys them and corrupts them. THAT'LL SHOW THEM. INSTEAD OF A MIDDLEMAN, GIVE ME THE DICK YOURSELF.

Like, what. You're not voting against the establishment. You're voting to say "hey, you got the money? I want you bro. Slide your fine stack of politician buying cash straight into the office yoself".

Oh, and where is your evidence for that? I can't speak for all supporters but I can speak for myself. I can't comment too deeply on Trump's policies because he's fairly vague, as many candidates tend to be. I do however have a rudimentary appreciation for his lack of tact and aggressiveness in an often stifled arena that should be otherwise. So again, the gambling. The statement making.

In other words, I'm not picking him because I think his ideas are so grand. I'm picking him because I know the opposition's ideas and the long, seedy history of their candidate. I'm railing against that while also simultaneously railing against the established Republicans. It's essentially an over-glorified middle-finger to the whole lot within Washington.

So tell me again, how does that mean that I don't have the mental or emotional capacity to "get it"? Pretty sure I get what is going on. All too well.

The US will not be able to hold it's place as the number one super power if it stops caring about it's allies.
Your way is a perfect way if you don't want to make "America great again" or rather keep it great as it's doing quite fine as it is.

But thats the thing with Trump supporters isn't it? You have no idea how the world or your country works and thats why you're fooled by him.

Because people like you are always the ones who support one party stating the will of the American People but when it doesn't turn out the way you want it to, because the American people didn't agree with you, rather than admitting you made a mistake you blame the 'idiot majority' and say, "Well he ain't MAH president!"

Or am I thinking of other bigots? (Mind you I am not calling you a bigot but rather you called you a bigot and I am just calling you what you asked us to call you.)

If I was a billionaire I'd also be buying political power. It's what you do within this country. Only the pragmatic survive.

That being said, it doesn't mean that when given the opportunity, I wouldn't try to change that dynamic to better serve all. Playing the game doesn't mean you inherently agree with the game.

That doesn't answer what I said.

You sidestepped it to say "well uh that's okay then I'd do it too".

If you're ACTUALLY voting "against corruption", why are you voting for the wellspring? That's why people saying that are so full of shit. That's why people say those voting for Trump "don't get it".

I like how you like to 'watch the world burn' and don't care about the consequences because there will be consequences regardless which way it goes because 'consequences are consequences' when the reality is there are entirely different consequences behind door A and door B and both doors are not the same door and even if you don't pick a door or pick door C you are still going to get door A or door B.

You can pretend it doesn't matter because it is going to be shitty either way and do your little song and dance but the reality is there is entirely different types of shitty behind each door and it will affect you and impact your life and you will feel it and being nihilistic doesn't change that reality.

Not exactly standing up for the values that Sanders put forth; granted, even he sold out by the end. Much to the chagrin of his own supporters.

You're quite literally voting for everything you were fighting against. The big "Goldman Sachs" candidate with all the largest names pulling the strings - meaning Hillary represents anything but you. I'm sorry, I didn't agree with Bernie's ideas, but at least I could agree with the notion that the lifelong, paid-and-bought politicians need to be taken down.

...and that's what I am doing, one way or the other.

Because choosing the same exact rot eating away at the core of our political system is really the safe alternative? I'm baffled.

Even if it wasn't Trump, it'd be a 3rd party. There is no way my conscience could ever feel clean voting for Hillary.

Ransath is one of the forums far right xenophobic racists. By his own acknowledgement he listens to far right hate radio, the sort that preaches hate on a daily basis to their listeners. That, of course, is why Ransath is how he is. He has bought into that world-view and wants to see anyone who he sees as other (women, non-whites, gays, liberals, etc) smashed under the jackboot of the far right, and Trump is his vessel for bringing that about.

Let me make something clear - I do not support ANY party. I support the person. I voted for Clinton 2x. I voted for GWB 2x. I did not vote in the first Obama election but voted for Romney the 2nd time. Fuck the party. I wish Trump had run Independent to be honest. He is as much of a Republican as Sanders was a Democrat.

I believe Trump will do a much better job as POTUS. I am hoping that the majority of AMERICAN PEOPLE feel the same way. Do I believe the election could be rigged? For sure - just look at what the Democrats did to Bernie. There are a LOT of elites that have NO desire to see someone like Trump become POTUS. They like things just they way they are. But if he doesn't win, then so be it.

One other thing - during Obama's first term I was against all the BS rhetoric about him. After he showed what a piece of shit he turned out to be I still cannot understand how - or why - the fuck he got elected to a second term. Hopefully the AMERICAN PEOPLE right this wrong and elect Trump.
