Makes you wonder if we'll get a Cata style revamp with the expansion after legion. It would ofc use the scaling leveling tech currently in legion so everything is used.

Honestly they don't have to do much work as it is. They have to make each story self-contained and remove any overarching elements. IE Deathwing or the burning of Taurajo.

No less awkward than the original human intro, which wasn't changed until Cataclysm.

Why was it awkward? Because it say "Led by the child king, the kingdom of stormwind......." even as Varian sat on the throne.

Then again, Varian was quite the man-child in Wrath, so the narration was actually quite fitting.

Maybe they can fix Garrosh Hold while they are at it. The number of times Garrosh is standing next to Voljin even though he is suppose to dead is crazy.

This, can't be done. Garrosh, for good or ill, is involved in quite a lot of cataclysm and MoP quests, and for those quests, he will stand in Grommash Hold to deliver them, such as the intro to MoP. I imagine something similar will happen with Varian during the alliance intro to pandaria, though he wasn't as involved in cata as garrosh was.

Some people go straight to the forums, completely bypassing the front page so still having spoiler tags or just a spoiler warning wouldn't be too bad of a thing. As for me, I was already spoiled when his death became a thing.

even mmo champ blurrs or does not mention spoilers on the front page, for example the new park, and the horde thing, they blurred and put "spoilers"

Come on guys, stop making a fuzz about spoilers. Nothing in the title is inherently spoilerific, its ambiguous enough. Someone who has been living under a rock and somehow doesn't know that Varian dies in Legion (even though the rebuilt park is named Lion's Rest, and the DK starting quests give you a letter addressed to "King Anduin") will see the thread title and just read "Human intro will be awkward in Legion". That's it.

Why is it awkward? The title doesn't say. To know this, they'd have to delve into the thread itself, knowing very well that spoilers will follow as its clearly discussing LEGION content.

Stop acting like babies over a title that is ambiguous enough to not warrant the fuzz.

Its not like the title says "lolololol varian DIES in legion".

Blizzard already spoiled a lot of people who didn't know. They released Son of the Wolf on their site with no spoiler warning that told of his death.
