They recently opened the crypt up a bit, assuming for a quest, and blocked off the entrance with a wooden fence.
Just bring your fancy new DH, and you can jump right over =)

I was looking in there the other day with Shamans Farsight, I also used it to go into that room under Kara too with the gigantic spiral staircase. I couldn't get to upside down sinners as I couldn't make my farsight look underwater lol

I assume Blizzard may have done this on purpose, if they truly wanted to 100% restrict access they could have done it. I doubt it will be blocked off from this post as some popular youtubers already made videos on it about a week ago.
