Yes, but we are talking about long term consequences of evolution. If we no longer need sex, then, chances are, we will gradually lose the ability to have sex, as something that is useless in natural selection. Who knows though... Probably genetic engineering will change us significantly looooong before it can get to that!

You would only gradually lose the ability to have sex if people only had sex to procreate, which is probably less than 0.000001% of all the sex occurring.

We only lose functionality when having that functionality is becoming prohibitive to life, so that a selection pressure applies: that's why we still have tails in the womb, still have appendixes even though we don't use the organ anymore, we still grow wisdom teeth, etc. Since having wisdom teeth is neither a death sentence nor does it make you permanently unfuckable - there is no natural or sexual selection pressure removing wisdom teeth from the gene pool.

Further, if sex continues to be fun, and procreation is likely to still occur with people you have fun with, you're still more likely to select your partners based on their sexual prowess: even if the actual baby-making occurs in an artificial womb. As example, consider Gays/Lesbians. Their ability to procreate is non-existent, but their desire to start a family is almost always predicated with a lot of great sex together. Alternately, consider heterosexual couples where one/both is sterile - they probably still have a lot of sex - but their ability to make a baby is non-existent - yet they can still raise children by adoption or IVF or via surrogate.
