Does anyone have any idea or clue on how to obtain it? It looks like the re-designed Rhok'delar skin so it might require a similar questline...
Note: Wildrunner is not the crossbow skin you buy after getting revered with whoever.

Its the PVP skin, you unlock it by doing pvp related stuff.

I believe the appearance you're referring to is the Ranger-General's Guard.

I don't think those "second hidden" appearances are implemented yet. I saw a Q&A which stated that those skins weren't meant to be there, because they will be unlocked in a later patch or something like that. Originally Posted by Saurox

The only current hidden skin for the MM bow is bought from the Court emissary in Azsuna once you hit revered (it's a crossbow). You can unlock the other 3 color variations of it by doing the following 3 things:
1. Complete 100 dungeons using the hidden appearance
2. Complete 200 world quests using the hidden appearance
3. Kill 1000 players using the hidden appearance
Any other hidden appearances are not currently in the game.
