Tell Me When - Havoc Timer

Hey Guys,

I am trying to do something pretty simple but have not found a way to do it anywhere. I am trying to set up a very simple Tell Me When timer that counts down from 20 when I cast havoc, and the timer resets to 20 every time I cast it, regardless of what I am targeting at any time.

Seems simple, thought maybe someone here could enlighten me!

Use a Buff/Debuff / Bar which checks for Havoc on target;focus;nameplate1-30; and select timer text.
This way you will always have the countdown of Havoc (without a fixed timer, but on a real timer) that will auto update its timer, when you re-apply it.
