In Vault Of The Wardens at the begining of the dung, you may notice an Felsworn Myrmidons Naga, and in Broken Shore there is some naga pressence, that's give me to think.

They are still servants of Azshara? Or Felsworn nagas?

There are different groups of Naga with different motivations, just like Humans. In Azsuna, they are working under Queen Azshara, who is interested in the Tidestone of Golganneth for a reason unknown to players.

I think they may have been mentioned specifically as "allies of Queen Azshara." I think N'zoth/Azshara sent them to fight the Legion, they just don't want to work with us to do it.

Azshara wnts the pillar as well, why? well she has other plans ith it.
She doesn't work with the Legion it seems.
