    Actually I was referring to Outlaw changes. Sin got quite a bunch of changes in the last PTR, but Outlaw is being left in the dust again. I really had my hopes high but it seems they are on a BtE trip or something. BtE BtE BtE every single time. No one uses that crap spell in PvE. That passive aggressive blade flurry nerf though...

    Why would it be a buff to anything? You can trigger it every 5 seconds IF you have Shadow Dance. Before this change you triggered it every time Shadow Dance ends (which is 5 seconds).

    The damage is absolutely the same, it's just that you don't explode everytime you leave stealth and pull trash you don't want to or something.

    Its a small nerf for opener, and Vanish, since they proc Shadow Nova. However they are offset by ShadowStrike proccing Shadow Nova. I think its the same as before. Didnt read about the 5 sec ICD

    You do with http://www.wowhead.com/item=137099/g...ged-wristcuffs to pump out 2.5m+ blunderbusses. Would have been quite sad being forced to use it without the x4 multiplier.

    also, being immortal wont kill stuff
    especially if everyone else dies because you dont have an aoe stun

    Thought Greenskins working on Blunderbuss was going byebye, hence why they buffed the Pistol Shot damage on em?

    Still works with blunderbuss. Hits really hard now but only once every 20 sec instead of possiblr more often with true bearing

    Same reason why they uncapped bad luck protection for legendaries, soon everyone will use the same cookiecutter legendaries swapping them out on a fight to fight basis, all that is left is that promised targeted farm of legendaries

    So all in all, business as usual =)

    Hopefully they then finally realize legendaries are a failure (and even contradict their "no talent swapping between encounters" doctrine). Either let players unlock new skills or perks like in WoD, but rather tied to the expansion progression than during leveling, or just leave them out completely...I mean "having something to work towards" is the only reason legendaries exist in the first place, but they are coupled to the [success of] spec so tightly on top of heavy RNG.

    Outlaw consistent cleave is insane in dungeons. It is absolutely too powerful with the ring.
    I wish they would have nerfed the ring instead of BF though. No legendary should provide a flat ~7% dps increase.

    monks with the same gear like i have do way more aoe dmg (im already consistently around 1m-2m) - and same st dmg.
    well...i dont know...

    outlaw IS strong in m+ - so what? monk do more dmg and got aoe stunn. DH do more dmg and got stunns...firemages do more dmg with same bis legendarys...

    but whats left for outlaw if we arent even "god tier" in m+? (i mean..we are close to god tier but without aoe stun it depends on affix if we are god or not)

    our st without bracer is inconsistent...in fights like guarm where you have to perform every try...we are a bunch of idiots..nothing you can do about it...on fights like odyn we are garbage without some true bearings aswell...often even bad at the big adds with bad rolls...

    idk man....tell me whats left for outlaw...i mean its okay..but its garbage compared to how it should used to be.
    I got my 35 trait 5%. Didnt change anything.

    Now you are average at best...if you got good rolls (1x6 or 1x3 and some decent doublebuffs) you are okay..for one out of 20 trys average.

    Meanwhile Assa...Rets...others..are just fucking beasts..consistent...

    Im pushing my Assa now to 35 (was maybe dumb to put sub at 31 first)...did Guarm M without 3xMA - without Legboots/bracer...even without belt.."just" insignia and the troll cloak i got when i had lootspez to assa for relicts for 2 dungeons..pulling off 500k without any practise...or effort...

    dont tell me all is fine....or outlaw deserves a aoe nerf.
    The good Aoe dmg in M+ is the only thing that doesnt make me regret putting in 3 month,45 days gametime 110 and 35 traits..there is literly no reason to not farm 27 traits for Assa and play it in most fights in EN + ToV atm..

    @Tyrarolls what's the level of your SFF?
    your SFF did more than 5 mil
    and your ring did more than 5 mil

    that really pushed your dps by quite a bit
