Yeah lol. Was looking at an article that said the price normally is like 1.5 million a floor and they may need two. Him not taking salary just makes him look good when he might end up raking in more in a single year than a normal president in 4.

The First Lady not living in the White House where the Secret Service doesn't have to make any special exceptions, or stop traffic, or business, or any other number of things is kind of a no-brainer.

You realize this isn't a temporary arrangement until he's going to move into the White House, right? Trump will have two residences from the start because Melania and his son are going to stay in NYC. He has also expressed interest in not living at the white house 100% of the time.

People of Washington DC signed up for the inconvenience of having secret service all over the city as it's been like that for decades. NYC is getting the shit end of the stick and a huge chunk of it will basically be on lock down to keep Glorious Orange Leader safe. It'd be one thing if this was some temporary thing but that part of the city is going to be locked for at least 4 years, possibly 8.

I'm talking anyone with a snipers view of the building no longer able to access their balconeys/roofs. Streets being closed off permanently unless you have the clearance. All surrounding buildings will have heavy surveillance 24/7. It will be a hassle just to enter your home.
