Every skill is randomly replaced by another random skill on every attack.
Shaman-Elemental: Icefury makes frost shock cost no maelstrom, and gives any maelstrom that would have been spent.
Demonic Empowerment now has 2 charges, 12 second duration and a 30second cd. Resetting the timers of your demons in addition to its current effect.
If properly done, the amount of demons will simply be crazy and the Consumption spell will hit harder than any spell in-game.

give astral communion 3 charges
new spell, 15 sec cd, off gcd, next moonfire hits all targets near current one (like sunfire)
fury of elune: on cast is placed under current target, and you can cast other spells while moving while it's active
starfall baseline 50 astral power
stellar flare damage up by 40%

Paladin:
All Specializations: All healing spells can be used offensively against undead and aberrations.
Holy: [Hammer Down]; Slam the Silver Hand (or your equipped weapon) down onto the ground, releasing a blast of radiant energy that heals allies within X yards for Y and deals Z holy damage to enemies within X yards, knocking them down and stunning them for 3 seconds.
Protection: [Honor and Glory]; Raise the Truthgaurd (or your equipped shield) for X seconds, hostile direct spell and ranged attacks are redirected to hit you instead of their intended targets dealing 50% less damage and restoring the paladin's mana equal to 1% of the damage received.
Retribution: [Smite Evil]; Strikes the target for X radiant damage (fire + holy) with bolt from the heavens and refreshes the duration of Judgement on the target. When an enemy inflicted with Judgement perishes, the remaining cool-down on Smite Evil is finished. Undead, demons and aberrations take 50% more critical damaged by Smite Evil.
And lastly, allies standing in [Consecration] receive 10% more healing from Holy Light, Flash of Light and Word of Glory.
Elemental Shamans:
Mastery can now proc of itself again.
Stormkeeper only has a 30 sec CD.
Mage:
No changes.
Blood DK: Blood Shield is equal to 100% of the amount healed by Death Strike, and absorbs Magical Damage too.
Warlock
Destro: Immolate is now baseline instant cast, immolate crits proc free, instant cast chaos bolts.
Affliction: Drain Soul is now a non-channeled, instant-cast ability, placing a 'sticky DoT' onto target, the soul leeching animation still plays for as long as the DoT is on. 100yard range.
Demo: Demonbolt penetrates all forms of shields, especially 'holy-magic' shields causing the player (paladin) to be immune. Demonbolt also plays a cool af guitar riff while it spirals arrogantly towards the traget.
Overgrowth (Instant regrowth, rejuv, wild growth, lifeblom) is now baseline with a 10 sec CD, all HoTs have their duration increased by 30 seconds. Mastery bonus set to 100% for 30 seconds when Overgrowth is cast.
Hunter - remove vulnerable, makes abilities to do dmg as with vulnerable and patience sniper talent rework to increase dmg for each second you stand still by 10% up to 100%.
New ability Kill shot.
WW Monk : Fist of Fury now has a 35yard range and instead of a small cone its 360° <3
The effects of every Legion Legendary item that dropped for you become baseline and do not require you to equip it.
Is that not a nerf for PvP? It would make them almost a garbage class (I don't really know for PvE since its dmg would go up with mastery, but it wouldnt proc venomous wounds anymore).
