Will you keep playing Balance after 7.1.5?

So, I'm still trying to decide what to do once 7.1.5 hits : keep playing my Balance druid, switch to my DK, or just unsub for a while.
I'm curious as to what you guys intend to do.

I like my Boomie but been very disappointed this expansion so far, hopefully I can come back to it later.

I feel that alot of flavour (mostly old starfall) has been removed, we also lack burst.

I feel that Boomies are good at two things, spread out aoe and multidots.

if i stay the only boomkin in the raid then at least i have a special place.


but i am jaded because i have helm.


depends on dps, depends on fights. it does not look good right now and its just another year that drives me back to healing.
i just want to be competitive not middle of the pack on some fights and lower tier on every other fight.


i went full aoe spec last night on Illy and did not even come close to other classes spec'ed for single target.

Keep playing. But its frustating to be worse than most (with similar skill/gear, or even a little better) speccs in PvE. (No idea about pvp)

I actually like the playstyle a lot. Was very skeptical before legion.

Just a few numerical buffs and natures balance baseline and i would be very happy with it.

If I didn't have double BiS legendaries I would've already swapped but the same could be said for any class/spec. Legendaries were a big mistake.

Well, rerolling because the might not be good after the patch is a stupid thing to do seeing as it wasnt a "top performing" spec in 7.1. I'm gonna stay balance because i think its fun.

Fun fact: The number of moonkins that raid in guilds that do not just arbitrarily bench classes or specs because their placements on the hypothetical DPS meters or rankings of Number 1 DPS EVER specs once logs are out kind of you know...outnumber all super serious progression raiding moonkin.

Most moonkins won't get benched, be forced to heal or play some other class. For the super minority of moonkin in top tier progression raids then yes there might be some cause for concern.

I am in a guild that does not raid mythic. I will not be Benched and i love to heal.

Even the people in top world guilds arnt getting benched.
