Like, where it is in Trump's policies, where it is currently sitting in congress, and where the Supreme Court has a case presented to it that is gaining traction and not going through a million appeals, and then show me the precedence for why it would be repealed.

Because that's not going to happen. Trump specifically stated that it is in law at the moment, and he is happy for it to be recognized on a federal level but left up to the states to decide. The states that voted it in won't vote it away, and the states that didn't put it in won't be clamoring to have it in either.

Then why did he chose Pence who clearly has an agenda against Gays/Lesbians as VP who was clearly one of the most vocal in anti rights for LGBT community and wants torture as a meaningful "cure"

The Republicans don't have the power, and probably will never have the power again, to take away the right to marriage for gay people.

The platform is not binding on either presumptive nominee Donald Trump or other candidates, but it indicates the current mainstream of the party’s thinking on various issues.

You fail to show a policy. You fail to show a push to get a repeal or ratification through congress. You fail to show anything other than what the Republican party has been pushing for DECADES.
