why they removed the healing of ice block or cold snap??it was too over??? its ridiculous....and too we cant use cold snap while we are in ice block or stunned,its really absurd and retard well for blizzard...

They explained a year+ ago that they want frost to be all about damage prevention, not healing. My shields protect like 70% of my health so I'm not complaining.
