To enter the Naisha-dead-or-alive conversation, I just remembered the audio chaptera before Legion, when Maiev and Khadgar chased Guldy into the Tomb, and it was pretty much deserted before the portal opening.
So, likely Naisha and the sisters are resurrected and made puppets by the Legion."You can wear whatever costume you want for Halloween and it's totally cool but here's a list of costumes I'll shame you for and call you sexist and racist if you do wear them"

I hope they didn't ruin Naisha's character on some "stuck in the tomb since its collapse and slowly turned evil" type shit. I'm hoping it's more of her starting a resistance within the tomb.
