We also don't know what strats they're using, we don't know how much health the adds have, and we don't know if they're able to cleave anything down with the boss. Maybe, maybe not. Regardless, a 12% wipe means they did 1B damage to the boss during the 3 minutes. Add 600M for 2 adds and you're at 1.6B health. That would put them at around 550k dps each, which I find a bit low.

My point isn't "this is the dps they need," it's that wiping to the enrage at 12% seems unlikely, unless people are dying to other things.

if they are still wiping on mechanics after whole day of progress, then it has to be something extremely complicated and punishing, which is really hard to believe. The insane dps check is more believable to me.

Overall dmg =/= useful damage.

Hunters had belt(Nogga and Roger), which makes Multi-shot boost their Aimed shot damage significantly, along with using Explosive Shot on a million adds at the end(it is used in ST rotation, but the add damage is just collateral useless damage at the end).

Would have been nicer to see the Ret's PoV at the end so we could have seen boss damage as he was tracking that.

I feel like they are going to nerf Star Augur soon-ish. There is no way 150-200 ranked guilds can kill him at his current state if the DPS requirement is that steep when Method/Serenity have like 18 heroic clears worth of gear on them, 54 traits and bis legendaries.

Well they do end up getting nerfed, just not for a little while. Mythic Helya got nerfed after a while and she lived for 3 or so days. So auger will definitely get nerfed, just not right now.
