    1. You can't sack either A or B due to disability or LGBT status
    2. You can't deny service to either A or B due to disability or LGBT status
    3. A can do his job if B doesn't have right #2
    4. A can't do his job if B does have right #2
    5. B can be served if A doesn't have right #1
    6. B can't be serviced if A does have right #1

That is - there is no logical way to determine an absolute right EXCEPT by putting either disability(A) or LGBT status(B) as higher priority.

Why is this relevant to the thread, because any EO about rights will require far more subtlety by far than the immigration situation. That's an attribute not common in the current administration, who ever is writing the EOs.
Point 1 is completely incorrect, which you'd likely know if you had read anything I said. A disability is not a free pass to get and keep a job you cannot perform. You're obviously either missing the point repeatedly or are not arguing in good faith. Functionally the same thing. Oh well.

But you can perform (see 3)

The above logic proves (given your statements) that given an equality in protection to bothe parties, you cannot have a logical conclusion.

You have to, by definition raise one above the other. Now according to your views, the LGBT right trumps the disability right.

If that is your position, it is neither right nor wrong - but it needs to be made clear.

Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.

These are things we know not to work as that little island you keep building tends to push away anyone that may infringe on the "This is mine - Get your own mentality"

So far all you've succeeded in doing is proving my point that we are incapable of assisting both veterans and refugees when people with your mindset are so gung-ho about themselves and saying to hell with everyone else.
100% wrong. We are designed as a free market country. Only reason you're poor in America is because you choose to. You can become wealthy if you want to. It's harder to do now yes because we are selling ourselves out but you still can become wealthy.

I don't want the govt involved in "College Education" because our education is such a joke. Less control from the govt, more free thinkers.

Oh really, i infringe on what you believe? Did I insult you? No, I listen to everything you have to say but I don't have to agree with it.

Where were all these people when our vets came home? Oh right, they don't care. Refugees > Vets. What about the safe zones Trump is going to create for the refugees. Where is the media reporting that? Oh wait, they don't want to report it.

That is funny, "I don't care about you" yet I will still die for this country FOR YOU to keep your freedoms.

    Don't break the consensus here.
If people here agree it's a Mulsim Ban - it is, no matter the facts.

Same goes for the "news" OP posted. Not real news. RUMORS posted by ROGUE twitter account. And yet people start responding without checking the facts or doing minimal research. Because the dude is evil, and him along with his cronies are totally capable to do it.

    1. There is no basis for this reality where people can just become wealthy if they want to. For every success story there's a whole lot more fails.

    2. STEM Research is pretty important and to declare our entire education system a joke is not rooted in reality. A college education is not needed for success but this "Free Thinker" mumbo-jumbo currently shows a strong disregard for actual facts.

    3. Your initial argument is that people need to stop being an island and start assisting other people. You said you wanted people to stop being that island but you expect it to be done by the individual. People think they did everything on their own so anyone else should have to do it on their own too -- you can't get people to assist their fellow man in large numbers without some sort of government.

    4. You keep going back to this as if it's some important argument and yet people keep telling you the same thing. You can assist your veterans and your refugees too but the island mentality keeps people from doing just that. You need a form of government that will take care of these people.

    5. I'm also for people's freedoms -- but I don't live in a fantasy land that everyone is going to succeed and everyone is going to play nice with one another. If I have to pay slightly higher taxes every year so that those less fortunate than I am get a chance to succeed I have no qualms. I'm OK with that -- because it's part of being a member of a functioning society.

You keep posting this but I guess you fail to see the difference between a foreign party hacking us and releasing the information and a pissed off staffer/adviser talking about his day at work with the media/Twitter.

I was under the impression they were verified leaks

The one HUGE advantage of the Trump administration, is that Trump tweets/broadcasts/screams out his thoughts and intentions on a continuous basis. His LGBT views are quite progressive in fact.

But to quote the anti-hero Assange: "but actually it's really hard for us to release anything worse than what comes out of Donald Trump's mouth every second day. ".

SO we (us rational folk) don't have to go hunting through the trash to find information on Trump

    1. It's called America and it has created the most wealthy people in the world. So if you fail, you give up. Great thinking.

    2. Yes our education is a joke. Where did I say you need a college education to be successful?

    3. You don't need govt. Stop depending on the govt for everything.

    4. As i said before, you care more about refugees than you vets. You can help both but it's funny how all these people go to the airports for the refugees but not for the vets.

    5. You're for everyone depending on the govt. We need people off the govt.

Leaks are leaks. A shame you are too cowardly to admit it, along with the others that complained about having those files shown.

'A' only has the right to be employed in a job if they can complete the essential job functions with a reasonable accommodation. The entire chart is incorrect because you assume A has the right to that employment but they do not.

You're simplifying this far too much. This is not your rights vs. customer's rights, but a far more complex situation where in order to even be that employee, a person like you describe would need to meet lawful standards that they cannot meet. The whole thing dies right there.

Well I wouldn't know, certainly it would go a long way towards to explaining my relative superiority to my peers but the touch of the divine seems more likely. I don't want to blow your mind right now but by the tender age of 24 I could walk without using hands for additional support, by 29 I could both walk and chew gum simultaneously. I see you in my minds eye right now (rendered with the exceptional clarity only a mind as powerful as mine is capable of in perfect 180p) with your hands over your ears, wailing, tears streaming from your eyes in utter disbelief as you fail to comprehend my incredible abilities but I can assure you that I have achieved these amazing feats.

The logic flow is 100% correct given your assumptions... that is an absolute fact.

I think I understand why you think it is incorrect, because you have indeed placed LGBT rights above disabled rights subconsciously, and therefore see an error in the logic. Which of course you would, as the assumptions will have changed.
