Guilds progress in different ways, some pull much more than others who like to pour of logs after almost every pull.

The amount of pulls is likely tied in pretty closely with the encounter length. If it's a 15+ minute encounter, the amount of time between pulls is going to be a lot higher. (I remember my first Heroic Sha of Anger kill back in T14 was ~18 minutes and we had a soul-crushing ~19 minute 1% wipe.) As far as the difficulty of the "secret phase," I'm a bit curious. Margok's "secret phase" was a joke and Archi's was tough but repetitive.
