Hello i want to ask for opinion im using atm " [Serpentrix's Guile] : which is 1 shadow% and its 860" but got today " [Curdled Soul Essence] which is +30% increase healing from DS but its 900" should i switch them cause i red somewhere that if the diffrence is more then 10 item level to swap dosent metter what it gives is it true ?
