Arms defo, there is a alot of small things with DH.

You can play both to a certain level without issues but then you start to see what makes a good arms warr great. etc.

neither has any skill so choose what you prefer visually.

who can get their pve burst rotation off sooner is the only deciding factor .

Lol no....maybe at sub 2.2k it is but above 2.2k it's not only about Pve rotation. And DH' s burst is very easy to cc

Yep agree there is a huge skill gap between an ok arms and a great one

Warrior is easier. Especially in 3s. Dh has a lot of really interesting high skillcap abilities like blade dance giving you 100% dodge for 1 seconds, which means you can do stuff like dodge kidney and similar if you time it well enough.
