    Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon!

Logy Fiscario, from the Atelier series. He's quite unusual, as he's the sole male protagonist in a series of naive, flamboyant little girls. He remains the only party member who points out the dangers of whatever the girls attempts or provides mundane solutions to problem while they over think their plans. Half the fun is just watching his reactions to the shenanigans occurring around him.

That's from the new game on Steam?
Not the exact same entry in the series, but yes it's the same series on Steam (Atelier Sophie and Firis which just released on Steam). The scenes I posted earlier are from his appearances in The Dusk Series of games (kinda of like a new setting/continuity in Final Fantasy or Fire Emblem). Logy was so popular, he was brought across time and space to Sophie and Firis, despite those two games not even being in the same world as the Dusk games.

This was my routine when doing 5 days a week:

Monday: back and biceps for 2-2.5 hours, followed by 30 minutes of cardio
Tuesday: chest, triceps, shoulders for 2.5-3 hours, maybe 30 minutes of cardio afterward
    Wednesday: rest day
    Thursday: 1.5 hours of cardio
Friday: back and biceps for 2-2.5 hours
Saturday: chest, triceps, shoulders for 3 hours
Sunday: rest day, and sometimes leg day
That schedule was not set in stone, and would vary depending how my body was feeling and what I had going on in my life.

I used to do 5x5, but now I do 5x10. Doing 5 sets of 5 reps just wasn't hitting my muscles hard enough it seemed. Doing 5 sets of 10 reps is working really well for me, and it's what one of my gym buddies uses. Switching to 5x10 has made a big difference in my biceps and back.

Rowing machine is always my first exercise every time I go to the gym. I do that for 5 minutes.

    Biceps and back
    Rowing machine for 5 minutes.
Preacher curls. 5x10 with ez curl bar, sometimes with an extra set if I can
Close grip lat pulldowns. 5x10, sometimes with more sets
    Wide grip pull ups. 5x10
    Parallel grip pull ups. 5x10
    Cable rows. 5x10
Weighted Lower back extensions. 5x10, sometimes with more sets
Flat bar cable curls (sometimes). 5x10
    Preacher hammer curls. 5x10
    Dumbell rows. 5x10
That's usually my back and bicep day.

    Chest, triceps, shoulders
    Rowing machine for 5 minutes.
    Incline bench press. 5x10
    Decline bench press. 5x10
    Dips. 5x10
Behind the back pulldowns, leaning forward. 5x10
    Skull crushers. 5x10
    Flat bar tricep pushdown. 5x10
    Rope tricep pulldown. 5x10
    Rope tricep overhead extension. 5x10
    Seated dumbell overhead press. 5x10

    Leg day
    Squats. 5x10
    Lunges. 5x10
    Leg curls. 5x10

    Cardio
I usually go for an hour and a half.

That's mainly what my workout routine looks like. I might switch things up here and there on occasion.

It's much better in terms of story and art, imo. I like it way much more than SOA.

Hopefually, NGNL will also get a second season! And if the NGNL movie coming out makes good sells, it's possible!

If Overlord gets a 2nd season, I don't see why NGNL won't get one since it got better sells than Overlord, I think. Here's hoping!
