I was finishing up the 2.x MSQ on an alt last night and had the amusing thought that I could see Ser Aymeric played by Benedict Cumberbatch.

So I figured, hey, this might be fun. So let's have at it, MMO-C: Cast an imaginary live action Final Fantasy XIV film.

We'll focus mainly on major characters and we'll leave out any discussion over the Warrior of Light.

I don't know about the rest but I think Robert Downey Jr. would fit Thancred. He does sarcastic and sassy really well and that's what Thancred is for me.

Ser Aymeric is basically seductiveness incarnate and you'd have him played by a potato on stilts? What is wrong with you?

Aymeric has the same eyes as Cumberbatch to me! And the same soft speaking delivery Cumberbatch often seems to have imo.

Cumberbatch is not a lalafell.

Raubahn - Jason Momoa

I originally thought Dwayne Johnson, but Momoa's face is actually very close to that of Raubahn. they'd need to age him up and bit and add some scars, but that's easy enough to do.
