While the OP is wrong, it is gated behind the invasions starting, but yea two weeks != ten.

It's not, in game it only requires revered, explore broken shore and repelling invasions in the 4 core zones.

OK, good. I know I come down hard on pathfinder in a general sense, so it's good that this was update and removed as one of the requirements.
