This feels appropriate.
@Tennisace yes, Tennisace, people still try to comfort people going through rough times in 2017. Humanity is still within us!
They caught the guy in northern California and the kid is safe.

You don't know the entire story. Is this a crime? Yes, by law it is a crime. But I wouldn't jump to "he's a horrible bastard" so fast. Sometimes making that phone call makes things worse.
People do stupid things when the heart guts tugged. I expect him to be punished by the extent of the law, but this story has "forbidden love" all over it, it's not worth hating him for it.
Just say "you dumb fuck ><" and move on.
not really kid napping if you leave voluntarily. More like running away. Also is kissing really sexual misconduct? If it is i would like to get my mother and grandmother charged right away pls.
Guy is an idiot though. Its times like these were you gotta say come back in X number of years and we can talk. Why risk going to jail over 15 year old *****?
Just read some twitter reactions and these ppl are all idiots, Acting as if this girl was held against her will. She was walking around a fucking wallmart ppl in the open could have called the police at any time. Shes clearly in love with this guy. And prolly feels bad for whats going to happen to him because of her. But hey keep treating him like trash because you know 3 years really makes a difference in peoples gullibility.(it actually doesn't)

I really dislike the media portraying the man as a kidnapper and the girl being a hostage.
Yeah their relationship and honeymoon trip is inappropriate, but so is demonizing the man alone when everything suggests the girl was voluntarily with him and apparently likes him a lot (love is such a strong word), too.
First read it as Tennisace manhut. I am deeply disappointed.

Am I the only one that read it as "Tennisace manhunt .."?
