Nope, she's going to be there on the date and time previously decided. Berkeley can't do a thing, and if they try they will face a lawsuit for violating the student groups and Ann Coulter's freedom of speech. This exact same thing happened at Auburn university last week and a federal judge forced them to have the event.

The school did nothing to try to prevent the violence at the Milo speech and their mayor even celebrated it. Now they are trying to use it as a pretense to ban all conservative speakers. So all you have to do is threaten violence to prevent someone from speaking?
