I took it as "You can create your own personal Mt Rushmore" literally. I assumed it was some sort of service which you can pay for that allows you to create "your own personal Mt Rushmore", which of course would be some miniaturized plastic replica with different faces on it. Describing what you mean beyond any ambiguity sometimes helps people understand what you mean.
