Bah...it's all a state of mind Although I definitely cannot indulge like I did in my 20's! That being said, it's rare for me to hit McD's. I think twice in the last 5 years. It's not that I dislike their food, it's that almost always I'd rather prepare my own. I do like the new(er) McChicken, and their Sausage and egg mcmuffin is good (while being overloaded with sodium of course ;P).
If I forgot or didn't have time to pack a lunch in the morning I will occasionally. Fast food is fast food, not looking for world class gourmet just something that'll fill my stomach for a cheap price that also tastes of salty goodness
I'd probably have a mcdouble or a breakfast bagel sometimes if there was one near where I normally worked. Only reason I'd even eat that is cause I'm on anabolics and can compensate for the shitty macros/chemicals in it.
There are better alternatives which are extremely close to where McDonalds is where i live, it's like 50 meters and McDonalds doesn't even have a drive in.
I do, on occasion, and I instantly feel bad about myself.
I eat it when I have long driving to do, 8+ hours a shot. Pack a small cooler with ice pack, couple bottles of water. Hit the drive thru, 3 McDoubles and 3 McChicken or maybe a 20 piece McNugget if I'm feeling feisty. Nom while driving, the rest into the cooler riding shotgun. I drive. I nom.
I hate, really hate stopping when driving long distances. Gas at half a tank, hit the bathroom then, get back on the road. I'll eat real food at my destination/hotel, while on the road, I got shit to do before then.
Very rarely (1-2 times a year) I eat a Big Mac but thats about it imho all other burgers there are just disgusting and the pricing is way off on some items for this trash tier food (example: cheeseburger costs 40cent more than a hamburger just for one slice of "cheese") Yet for some reason the cheeseburger is the most selling item there .
If I have time and If I want to eat a good burger I make one myself including baking the bun for max deliciousness.

Just did today with my friends. Got some chips, a milkshake and a chicken burger overstuffed with lettuce.
I've said it before and I'll say it again British McDonald's>American McDonald's. God knows how you Americans eat that heart attack in a paper bag.

1-2 times per year. For the milkshake + nuggets.
I also enjoy the breakfast more than anything else. Bacon McMuffin for me.
But I very rarely go, like maybe 3 times a YEAR.
An eatery that does not serve chicken tenders is not worthy of my time, attention, or especially my wallet.
Would rather eat some dog mess than a Maccy D's..
Yeah. Stuff there doesn't have that much calories like some people would believe especially when you eat no fries.
Yeah, somewhat regularly. It's good when I need to eat something fast. And food itself isn't bad too.
But I heard MC in USA has much less quality than here in EU, so...
