They are only BoA if the character you receive them on is already exalted, just like the current system.

This looks like the +1500 Kirin Tor rep reward tokens and not the typical +250 ones from order halls.

Good, serves alts or people focusing certain mount caches.
I often did those missions at just 100% as "filler" , now 200% is much more useful.

Legionfall is least important - paragon cache only drop pet that you can even buy on AH. Also it have no recipes and things useful for alts. Originally Posted by Winter Blossom

Might just start using tokens on my main then, if only to try and get some of the Paragon mounts.
