Starbucks Overrated?

I hate coffee. I couldn't imagine ever wanting to spend 5$ on a cup of coffee if i did like it. I like the way Starbucks treats their employee's though so if they are putting crack in their coffee to make it more addicting, I am fine with that because they treat their employee's well as far as I have heard anyways.

I work there and will be getting tuition paid for at Arizona State University for a bachelor's degree, all online.

We also have a kickass 401k, health, dental, and vision plan options, and yeah. I hate our product for the most part - I used to work for Peet's Coffee and Tea, a far better product, but one of these companies let me go, the other has protections for people with mental issues.

Definitely overrated. I have been there about 5 times or so because friends wanted a quick coffee, but I'd never go there by choice.

I think people mostly go there for the companies (and their own) image.

Firstly I have never ever entered a Starbucks let alone drank a coffee but are they overrated? Obviously they're popular especially in America but do you go to Starbucks?

I can't speak for the coffee because I don't drink coffee, but I do like their pastries and desserts, however. Only problem with Starbucks is that its overpriced. No one should have to pay like 7 bucks for a fucking bacon egg and cheese. It's blasphemy.

Comparing Starbucks to a Costa or a non chain coffee shop is like comparing McDonalds to Burger King, the only reason somebody would go to a Starbucks/McDonalds when there are better options is to save money, thus they are budget options.

I don't even recall cuz it's been like months since I've had one, but sure. You can't deny that it's tiny though. Dunkin Donuts gives you way bigger breakfast sandwiches for the same price.

Oh, I know. It's actually our smallest. If you want something more filling, order the Sausage egg and cheddar, that's definitely bigger and better in the filling your stomach realm, for the same price.

If you really want some solid bacon, try the Chicken bacon panini. That thing smells incredible and tastes fantastic. That will actually cost you $7, but it's a solid size and it's a panini, so you'll be full.

Starbucks is not that highly rated so I'm not sure how it can be overrated, it's average high-street take away coffee and sweet drinks. I occasionally get a black coffee americano from there, it's decent, not great and not bad just average.
