I am currently flabbergasted

I decided, on a whim, to look up the specific definition of 'Flattery'. We all know what it means, I just wanted to know what it officially meant.

And much to my surprise, it actually has a negative connotation! Can you believe it? I was under the impression it just meant to compliment someone, but apparently it means to do so excessively and insincerely.

Welp, I gained a little wait, but it was only about 5 pounds in 3 months, so that's not terrible. Seems my weight wall is about 300-315, going to have to pick it up in some way if I want to lose it.

Nah, no pictures. I was close to 400 pounds and I'm currently around 310, so progress has been made in a year, but I was hoping to be under 300.
