Can any of you explain to me why Don-Don hasn't done anything to appoint his promised "Special Prosecutor" to investigate Hillary yet? I mean, it would literally take about 1-3 minutes to pick up a phone or tell somebody to do so... it takes longer to write a Toilet-Twit at 3am than it would do to start up that investigation. He rage-twits a lot of shit about her, and yet he could've ACTUALLY taken the same time to, you know, start the ball rolling on any investigation into her...

How come he's never moved on setting up a special prosecution investigation yet against her? Or maybe....
