If eating less is your answer, please don't give advice. Eating less =/= healthy eating. As well, I already am trying to eat healthier but a healthy lifestyle needs more than just exercise and healthy food.

As well, your answer also counts as quite ignorant as some cases generally has a problem with this. Even at so, as stated, eating less isn't the only answer.
FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..

A good feeling for me is when you train, and then you put on fresh clothes. New clothes after a training session - you have this rush of endorphins from exercise that everybody gets, and then you get that nice feeling of fresh clothes. It's a double whammy.

Ah, I have the same way, though back when I was more at exercise, it would normally be cold t-shirts and boxers (freezer cold, my kind of 'fresh').

Imagine a world without stars in the sky, and no other planets, not even a moon. Only us, the earth and the sun. Its quite a terrifying thought tbh. Imagine looking up at the nigthsky and see nothing at all. How alone we would feel, the one place in the universe where life exists, surrounded by infinite darkness.

Calorie is a measure of energy bro. We pretty much CAN use Calories as energy it's just not efficent. If you burned a big pile of sugar, you could easily power some shit.

Except if that's all we ever knew, in this scenario suddenly looking up and seeing the moon and stars would be fucking terrifying.

Well, you didn't say anything about eating healthy, just that you needed guidance to lose weight. So can what was the point of replying like that? Yes, people are gonna have different weights and body compositions because of genetics but you're not born and/or forced to be fat byt it... Anything else is just you making excuses for yourself.

What more do you need besides eating healthy and exercising to be healthy? Yeah, getting enough sleep is obvious but that doesn't make you fat, skinny rather since you burn more being awake.

A world with a much smaller population. 95% of the population gone. The world would be a paradise compared to what it is now.
