Yes, everyone will be on the same ground, AK comes automatically come 7.3. If you stop playing now and come back in Jan 2019, you will, just like everyone else be AK 55, but you will still have to catch up on the artifact power, everyone else has acquired over time.

Yes. Every person in the world will have the same Artifact knowledge, even if they pick up wow for the first time ever.

It's nothing. Currently I need 9 billion AP to raise my weapon. Elite world quests were giving 20 million before 7.3 at AK 40.

Elite strike is now giving 500 million at AK 41
At AK55, it would give almost 20 billion

its not gonna be as fast - only 41st trait go so far then its much slower - in 3 weeks it will be a bit over double the amount from this reset.

i maxed all my artifacts and unlocked hidden talents

and enabled basically prestige talents

my previous artifact power requirements was in the tens of thousands
