7.3.5 is probably going to be a story wrap up patch after Antorus has been out for a while (they mentioned that at GC).

Yea, bit expensive, seeing as the gems themselves aren't that much gold wise, haven't paid over 2k for one, cut, and that's cheap. I'm not rich, but 2k is one mission table mission.

I would say more than likely something to do with the void or maybe even an old god making the "wound". Mayby the titan that's suppose to be Azeroth that Muradin has been talking to is really an old god and will burst forth out of Silithus.

If you listen to the voice lines It hints that was Sargeras who wounded Azeroth.
