I loved the above video because it seems more telling about an experience but it’s valuable. Sure as hell helped me.

If I had advice. I’d say call the people who made the most positive impact on your life right now. I don’t care what time it is just to tell them you love them. Seriously that’s it.

Can't say its needed in Denmark, but...we do not get any real snow last 2-3 years, so global warming is a thing there..Kinda scary to go hole year and no proper snow.
