I would prefer if that was danced around a little but never said. I think the "hmm maybe" aspect is a lot more interesting then an actual relationship could be between the two, considering who would be doing the writing. Keep in mind at this stage of Legion's development Wrathion was in Highmountain. He was originally supposed to be Ebonhoof but Blizzard changed their mind. They might do so again.

At the end of Neltharion's Lair, Ebonhorn tells us he has "other family matters to attend to". Which immediately brings Wrathion to mind. Which one of them found which? And how much do they agree on stuff? Given their individual histories of meddling in mortal affairs, isn't it possible that they agreed to maintain ties to both sides even while continuing to work together? That sounds like the kind of plan Wrathion might have proposed. Something like "You stay embedded with Horde; I'll embed with Alliance, and we'll both be in a position to pull strings when the time comes." Originally Posted by zlygork

Wrathion has a much older brother named Ebonhorn. He's a member of the Highmountain Tauren.
The Highmountain Tauren are Horde.
The Horde has a Black Dragon of its own.
