Is Clark Kent an illegal immigrant?

More importantly how would his arrival go down today for the Kent’s?

Are you going to tell him to leave? Because I'm not going to tell a guy who can lift a plane to leave. I'm going to let him live where ever the hell he wants.

Considering he arrived as a baby/child with no guardian, and that deporting him isn't exactly an option, I'd say his immigration status is pretty moot.

LMFAO great point! Although I would like to see Trump tell him to leave after I found so Red Kryptonite.

Well technically he is, but it seems kind of irrelevant. I pity the official who ever gets an order to deport Superman.

Well he was brought to the US as a baby so maybe he'd be covered by DACA.

Clark Kent is a Dreamer, so I think he's OK.

"The DREAM Act (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) is a piece of legislation that grants a pathway to citizenship to young people who were brought to the United States as children without documentation. These are young people who are American in every way except on paper. They have grown up in this country and consider themselves to be American, but lack the documents to fully engage in society"

So a child undeclared can be dropped off on a childless farmer and no questions asked?

    Yes, they can.

That's why they let Clark and Kara stay, but Zod has to bugger off.

How would they obtain a birth certificate or explain where they got a child who can bench press a bulldozer.

    Well, he’s not human.

    He’s not a foreign national.

He was passed off as the Kent’s child and I am sure there is various lore as to the specifics.

So until we have interplanetary refugee status law I have to say it’s very uncertain.

I would equate it more to the status of a stray animal.

How would who explain? To my knowledge Dreamers don't have to show a birth certificate. I believe it's assumed most don't have one.

No - he is white, male, wealthy and powerful ... not only is he legal, he is a 100% citizen.

Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
