Gun to the head, give the money to the kids. GG.
No because I will die anyways. Usually people die at 65 already so no point extending it.
I got 25 mil $, i have kids and i have a wife. My purpose here is complete, id leave the 25 mil to the family, make those kids promise me they will have 3-4 kids of their own atleast (although by that time, they should be far right zealots themselves, they know what to do).
Give them the 25 mil and lets see the afterlife, lets see that son of a bitch god that never helped me, if he exists.

I'll just put in a claim to my health insurance and keep my money.
Easy choice. I'd pay. 60 years old is nothing. I can work, I can play with my grand kids eventually and enjoy my life. By the time I pass away I'll still be able to give loads to my closest relatives and friends.
If by "every dime you have" includes my house and possessions, car(s) etcetera then I'd still pay but things would be a lot harder for sure.
Raise the age to 75-80 and it would be harder to choose.
FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..
