WarcraftLogs Expression Healing to Debuff Help

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to use the Expression correctly on Warcraft Logs and I'm running into an issue, so any help would be greatly appreciated. On Felhounds of Sargeras Heroic I'm trying to see what all healers healed for only on targets afflicted by the debuff "Singed". Is there an expression that will only allow me to see heals done while this debuff is active? Below are my logs for quick reference. Again any feedback would be nice as I generally just want to know if it is possible to do, thanks in advance.
