I usually play DOTA 2, Smite and LOl but then its quite bored since all MOBA has the same gameplay. What I am looking for is a pure MMORPG but has a MOBA PVP like for example guild war it is should be 5v5 in a tri lane map.

Yes; they're called League of Legends, DOTA 2, and Smite.
