The top of 2v2 ladders is full of windwalker monks atm. They're also the only class in game that has the enemy healing debuff while being a hybrid healer himself at the same time, this helps alot in healer+dps games.

Rogues, burst of skill, Vanish, Subterfuge all make it really easy to survive. Having Engineering is awesome too, makes my Hunter survive in a lot of situations where I wouldn't have otherwise.

Warrs aren't that great in random BGs, and in 2s work only with a healer. WW is very squishy in random BGs + requires a good player to make it work. Originally Posted by Auberdeen

I find destro lock to be tremendously fun in bgs
For arena ... not as fun. Haven't played at very high ratings, but you'll most likely find yourself focused. While you won't do down too quickly, it will severely limit your damage

Hunter is OP in general across the boards. BGs and arena.
But otherwise Monk, Warrior, Mage. I have a blast on my mage in BGs and 2s for lols. I'm not even very good at playing a mage but still find it super fun.

Can confirm hunters are absolutely ludicrous right now. Warriors are amazing too. Those are my two votes
