Why not release WoD one zone at a time?

If Blizz wants me to pay full price for the expansion, they better have enough content for me to level from 90 to 100 in the first week, and raiding I can start in the 2nd week. If Blizz released the zones staggered has the OP suggested, I will wait until all the zones are aviable. By the time that happens WoD might be on sale somewhere.

Weekly XP cap. 10% of level per week. You can also get loot only once every 2 weeks from dungeons. Think about the immersion!
