Can anyone help me improve ?

Hello guys, i came back to wow around 3 months ago and have been playing resto shaman, i have being doing ok. However i feel and know that i can be playing a lot better, i have got my logs from my last raid, could somebody possibly take a look and give me some pointers ?

i also have just one question:

should i be using the Dysmorphic Samophlange of Discontinuity(normal) or Nazgrim's Burnished Insignia(normal warforge)

nazgrim is bottom tier its more of samophage vs thok with samo slightly better.
