Just a quick question regarding enhancement

I know that we are nearly out of 5.4 but I was wondering on live, what talent set ups (tier 4 and 6) that currently put out the most damage for each, burst and sustained? I am wondering because my guild is just jumping back into MoP since the release of SoO and I'm coming back from a good long break and I want to know which spec to use and when.

Ancestral Swiftness (for flat haste boost) + Unleashed Fury (for sustained DPS via Static Shock, Lightning Bolt) = sustained.

Elemental Mastery (for haste cooldown) + Primal Elementalist (for stronger Fire Elemental cooldown) = burst.

Echo of the Elements and Elemental Blast are also fine -- our talents are remarkably well-balanced in 5.4 -- but AS+UF vs. EM+PE are the standard sustained vs. burst options. I'm pretty sure it's all covered in the stickied thread.
