I've been noticing this too, mostly on Ner'Zhul. When I asked my co-tank/friend about it, though, he said he didn't notice any issues.

It reminds me of the 3.3 tanking issue where mobs would keep running behind you if you didn't position JUST right ><

Yeah I have been having this issue and I kept blaming myself for it, that may be I am not doing it right but I guess alot of the people are having the same issue. Ner'zul is straight up asshole when it comes to positioning
